The importance of exercise for children living with ADHD

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – The percentage of children estimated to have ADHD has changed over time and its measurement can vary. 12.1% of children in Georgia are currently diagnosed wth ADHD. In South Carolina, it’s more than 15.5% “I look at him at times now and I’m like, I actually like this kid and I know it’s bad to say but for a while I didn’t know if I would.” Carrie and Donte Muse share their struggles of what life is like raising Brandon, their 13-year-old son who was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of two.
