A new study has found that children who suffer from insomnia will likely continue to suffer into adulthood. Sleep is vital for the health and wellbeing of everyone, and this includes children. Children are going through rapid periods of growth, and this relies on sleep. They also need rest to ensure they succeed in school and can maintain physical health. However, there are conditions out there that can make sleep elusive, and studies are important in looking at the causes and possible treatments for these conditions to hopefully curb them as a child ages.
