Long before flossing was the popular dance move that every kid wanted to do, there was a flossing of the teeth variety that literally no kid wants to do. Even though dentists tell us how important it is to our oral health, flossing hasn’t managed to rise to the same level as brushing in the morning and bedtime routines. It’s like the cool down portion of a workout, we know it is good to do, but we skip it when we are short on time (or will) to see it through.
