School-aged kids have a lot packed into their days. From school, extra-curricular activities, homework, and more, there is not a lot of time left in the day before bedtime. And with all of these activities stacked in their day, many kids wind up with a later bedtime just to make sure everything gets done. But instead, parents may want to consider giving their school-aged kids an earlier bedtime for reasons that are obvious and perhaps, not-so-obvious as well.
