The fear of a possible third wave of Covid-19 infections affecting children as severely as adults in the coming months has sent everyone in a panic mode. A committee set up by the Union Home Ministry has spoken about the critical need of paediatric facilities, including doctors, staff, and equipment like ventilators and ambulances, if a large number of children got infected by the virus. It further said the available infrastructure was “nowhere close” to the requirement, if the need arose.

As such, daily activities are needed to help burn some of that craziness off, otherwise, children have problems settling down and at nighttime, problems sleeping. And while it may seem straightforward with what needs to be done to tire out kids who have normal energy levels, it may not be quite as obvious for those who tend to be a bit more energetic. As such, those parents need to have new and fresh activities to get an overactive child tired because it is easy to run out of ways to exhaust kids with this amount of energy.
