We all know that we need to get five servings of fruits and vegetables a day. As adults, we know that our tweens know it, too. However, sometimes they may refuse to eat their vegetables, even though they are good for them. But as parents, it is our job to make sure that our children, no matter what their age is to make sure that they are getting the proper nutrients.
