COVID Protocols Led To Decrease In Other Kids’ Infections

A new study is finding that the protocols put in place to protect children from COVID-19 had a positive impact on reducing the rates of other infections. When COVID-19 first started, there were public health guidelines that were put in place to protect the public from infection. This included children, and frequent hand washing, sanitizing, and wearing face masks became everyone’s new normal. While these measures may have had a positive impact on the rates of COVID-19 infections, it seems to have also had a positive impact on the rates of other viral infections.
