A well-rounded life is important for children everywhere, and it is important to achieve some resemblance of balance in their lives. This means that limited screen time does not have to be harmful, but that children need time outside. They need fresh air, a change of routine, and they need to be physically active. Studies are constantly being done to look at just what the benefits are to encourage more families to get their children outside.
