ADHD linked to an increased risk of injury in children, study finds

Children and young people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are at an increased risk of injury, a study at the University of Nottingham has found. The research, published in the journal Child: Care, Health & Development, shows that children with the developmental disorder are more likely to suffer a broken bone, sustain a burn or become the victim of an accidental poisoning.
