Doctors are noticing an increase in tics in young girls, and they are saying that this can be linked to the popular app TikTok. TikTok has become one of the most popular apps right now, and this was partly fueled by the pandemic. With not much else to do, youth flocked to the popular app to make some videos hope to go viral, and connect with others like them. However, while the app has been known for some dangerous challenges and trends, it may also be causing a rise in tics among young girls. This may seem odd, but a doctor has spoken out about why this may be happening.
