A new study has found that exercise does not replace healthy foods when it comes to making sure your body is healthy and well. Making sure that we are healthy and strong is not something that parents just want for their children, but for themselves as well. It is vital that a parent remains healthy for their child, and that they are modeling healthy living for their children. This means that they try and eat healthily, and they try and make sure that they get enough exercise to counteract the unhealthy food choices they may make.
