As parents, we know the importance of eating a balanced diet to ensure that we stay healthy and properly nourish our bodies. Even if we don’t necessarily love eating vegetables, we know the importance of eating them regularly, but kids are sometimes harder to convince. While some kids love eating their fruits and vegetables, others take a bit more work.
