What are some foods that follow Canada’s new food guide that kids will like? What is a plant-based protein, and how do you even cook tofu properly? These are some of the questions that parents and child-care providers may be dealing with after Canada’s Food Guide changed drastically in January. The new one ditches the old food groups and recommended servings, and instead recommends eating “plenty of vegetables and fruits, whole grain foods and protein foods.
